Since it formed in the spring of 2000, umantis has been awarded several times for its product and as a company. This recognition gives us confirmation for our work and motivates us to go even further with our developments and research.

Besides SAP, the umantis AG is the only German-speaking provider listed in the «Magic Quadrant for Employee Performance Management» – and one of only four providers worldwide that doesn’t originally come from the Anglo-American area.
Gartner is the world’s leading information technology research and advisory company. Gartner is headquartered in Connecticut (USA) and publishes «Magic Quadrants» on various topics on a regular base. Currently, a new study for «Employee Performance Management» has been carried out. Among «Employee Performance Management» Gartner states target agreement/evaluation, succession planning and compensation management.
