The Federal HR Department (Eidgenössische Personalamt) goes for umantis

The Eidgenössische Personalamt (EPA), the HR department of all federal employees of Switzerland, decides in favour of umantis Recruiting. In a WTO (World Trade Organisation) tendering umantis AG succeeded against competitors from all over the world.

Therewith the EPA modernises its whole personnel recruitment process and changes to the future-oriented e-recruiting. The umantis team is proud to welcome the EPA as a part of its client base.

The EPA is the specialist department for the Federation’s personnel policies. It develops basic principles and instruments for the governance, the further development and the coordination of the HR management of the federal administration with its 36’223 employees. The EPA prepares the personnel policy activities for the members of the Federal Council and gives advice to the departments and federal offices in order to realise the personnel policies. It carries out evaluations and surveys and maintains contacts with the social partners.
