General meeting on 23rd of April 2010

On 23rd of April 2010 the moment has finally arrived: umantis AG will open the doors to their stockholders and would like to invite to the annual general meeting including an aperitif afterwards. Like in the previous years Hans Schlegel, Chairman of the Administrative Board and committed pioneer of umantis AG for many years, will seize the opportunity and refer his personal view to the stockholders.

The management team will provide an outlook at selected areas such as product management , consulting and sales for 2010 within the second half of the program. The aperitif afterwards offers the possibility to have a conversation with members of the Executive Board Hans Schlegel, Nicole Herzog and Hermann Arnold.

We are looking forward to welcoming renowned stockholders such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, IFJ Institut für Jungunternehmen and Prospective Media Services, as well as former and current
employees who, thanks to their presence, underline their long-term relationship to umantis AG.
