umantis is going to take part in the international conference Professional Training Facts 2010 «Learning - Competence - Performance» again. The event will take place on 20th and 21st of October 2010 for the sixth time already at the Fraunhofer Institut für Arbeitswirtschaft und Organisation. Hermann Arnold, CEO, umantis AG will hold a keynote speech.
Competence management today and tomorrow
Due to the constantly changing requirements of the markets, companies always have to be quick off the mark and be informed about current trends and solutions, in order to integrate these changes into the development of their companies. For this more than 30 national and international speakers from science and industry will present methods, concepts and strategies on how the triad of «Learning - Competence - Performance» can be arranged today and in future.
