Good HR systems – success criteria for HR software

The implementation of HR systems is often believed to solve all problems with a single stroke. The reality is usually quite different.

According to the IT magazine Computerwoche, 30 to 70 percent of all major IT projects go wrong. The project management consulting firm Standish Group indicates that one IT project in four isn’t completed because the costs are exceeded.
