Our customer PricewaterhouseCoopers wins the 2009 Swiss HR award.
After the 2nd rank last year, PricewaterhouseCoopers has this year won the 1st prize. The reason is clear: PricewaterhouseCoopers focuses on strategically oriented human capital management in close cooperation with the line management. A central topic for the company is the integrated diversity management. This most recent pilot project is engaged in the measurement of individual, emotional values of the employees.
The awarding for the Swiss HR award for organisations with the “Best Practice in HRM” took place in a two-stage selective procedure. The first step was a “in-house” self-assessment while the second step was conducted by an audit team with more in-depth interviews and a document analysis.
Hermann Arnold, umantis CEO, stated, «We congratulate PricewaterhouseCoopers for winning the Swiss HR award. It makes us happy to count such an innovative enterprise among our customers. We are proud to be allowed to provide individual modules for the close cooperation between HR and line management.»
