The Umantis portal for employees can be used to conveniently order Job Reference from HR managers, supervisors and employees. The task is automatically assigned to the person responsible.

Creating a Certificate with Text Modules

Supervisors make the assessment on the basis of comprehensible criteria. From this, a reference proposal with various text modules is automatically generated. There are over 1,800 templates available. The proposal can be individually revised directly in the employee portal and sent to the HR department. The history of the adjustments is saved and can be viewed by the line.

Job Reference release

The line manager can view and check the completed Job Reference in the Umantis portal for employees. All adjustments made by the HR department can be accepted or rejected. If the line manager is satisfied, the Job Reference can be approved.

Job Reference send and sign

HR managers send the Job Reference directly from the employee portal. The Job Reference can be digitally signed on any end device using the Umantis DeepSign module.

File in the digital personnel file

Once the employment reference has been sent, it is automatically stored in the employee's digital personnel file. Through the Umantis portal, the employee can view the certificate at any time.
